Terms and refunds
Effective July 28, 2026.
Independent document-preparation service
New Entrant Ready is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or USDOT. It does not provide legal advice, represent carriers before FMCSA, submit on a carrier's behalf, or guarantee an audit outcome. The carrier and assigned auditor remain responsible for factual accuracy, required records, submission and agency decisions.
Launch scope
Published launch pricing is limited to small U.S. interstate general-property carriers with no more than 10 drivers and 10 vehicles preparing before an audit. Passenger, household-goods, placardable hazardous-material, larger-fleet and failed-audit Corrective Action Plan matters are outside scope.
No fabricated records
The service will not create, alter or backdate missing logs, inspections, MVRs, medical certificates, testing evidence or other historical compliance records. Missing information is identified as a gap.
Delivery timing
Delivery periods begin only after the carrier has supplied all requested inputs needed for the purchased plan. Missing or unreadable records pause delivery timing.
Right-fit and delivery guarantee
If intake reveals that a carrier is outside the purchased plan's scope, processing stops and the payment is refunded. For supported carriers, if every included deliverable is not supplied within the stated turnaround after all requested inputs arrive, the customer may choose a full refund. This guarantee does not cover an FMCSA decision or an auditor's request for additional records.
$149 upgrade credit
A $149 Readiness Review payment is credited in full toward a $699 Full Packet Preparation purchase made within seven calendar days. The credit is not cash-redeemable and cannot exceed the later purchase price.
Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms authority to provide the records, supplies genuine and accurate information, reviews all deliverables, resolves gaps, and submits through the method and deadline stated by the assigned auditor.
