Information collected

The site records basic visit and attribution data, fit-check and checkout events, contact messages, carrier-intake information, Stripe checkout references and documents a paid customer chooses to upload. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by this site.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate carrier fit, provide the purchased document-preparation service, respond to questions, measure advertising and prevent duplicate or fraudulent checkout activity.

Carrier records

Uploaded files are private service inputs. They are not sold or used to create advertising audiences. Access is limited to delivering and supporting the purchased service. Customers may request deletion through the contact form, subject to records that must be retained for payment, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

Service providers

The service relies on hosting and storage infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Google measurement tools. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Accuracy and sensitive data

Customers should upload only records relevant to the audit-prep service and should avoid unrelated personal information. Do not use the public contact form for driver records or sensitive files.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the site's contact form and identify the carrier, purchase email and request. Identity may be verified before records are disclosed or deleted.
